Funeral of the Late Francs Grainger:
The funeral of the late Mr. Francis Grainger took place in the Methodist Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon. The Rev. G. H. Shepherd conducted a short religious service at the house prior to the removal of the coffin and concluded the ceremony at the graveside. Deceased had been a member of the Forth Tent, I.O.R., for many years, about 40 members of the institution being present and preceding the hearse. The chief mourners were the two sons of deceased, Messrs. Frank and Reuben, and three daughters, Misses Holly, Phyllis and Frances. The pallbearers were Messrs. M. Russell, W. Yaxley and A and R Maxwell. Among the large number of wreaths received was one from the Forth Rechabite Lodge.
