OBITUARY
LATE MR. J. KELLEHER – Forthside
The funeral of the late Mr. John Kelleher was held yesterday, interment being at Forth. The last rites were conducted at the Church and graveside by Archdeacon Dowling. The carriers were Messrs. G. Cooper, W. Febey, N. Parsons and D. O’Donnell, returned soldiers who had been comrades of the late Mr. Kelleher at the war. The late Mr. Kelleher was a farmer, and was 65 years of age. He was a native of Deloraine, and was unmarried.

OBITUARY:
General regret was expressed when it was learned that Mr. Patrick Kelleher had passed away at the Devon Hospital, after a short illness. Having previously enjoyed good health, the late Mr. Kelleher experienced a seizure on Saturday night, and did not regain consciousness. Mr. Kelleher was an old and respected resident of Forthside. The funeral took place on Wednesday in the Catholic Cemetery and there was a large cortege. The chief mourners were the two brothers, Jack and Den (brothers-in-law), E. Kenzie and R. Hall. The pallbearers were Messrs. B. Donnell, E. Mead, C. Kenzie and N. Parsons. Rev. Father Dowling officiated at the graveside.
