An Unfortunate Family

Another bereavement has been sustained by the Nash family, of Don, as on Saturday evening a four-year-old son passed away after a painful illness. The funeral took place in the Don cemetery yesterday afternoon, the officiating minister being the Rev. B. B. Atkinson. Only three weeks ago the father (Mr. Geo. Nash) passed away, whilst another son is just recovering from a serious illness. A committee consisting of Messrs. F. Baker, C. Harrison, C. Hardstaff, and E. Cole, have been collecting donations for the bereaved family, and 40 pound sixteen shillings has so far been received. A portion of the money has been paid over, and the balance has been placed in the bank.
