SUDDEN DEATH - We regret having to record the sudden death, on Monday morning last, of Mr. J. S. Riggs, of Kindred, Forth. He went to bed in his usual health on Sunday night, but died suddenly about 3 o'clock the following morning. On Sunday he went twice to the Wesleyan Church and also to the Sunday School. Whilst walking home from school with one of the teachers, he made the remark that he did not think he should live long. His death will cause a gap in the neighbourhood of Kindred. He was the only son of Mr. Henry Riggs, of Kindred, and brother to Mrs. I Arnold of the Forth. He leaves a wife and six young children to mourn his loss.
